Loving Virgin Gorda
When our parents (John & Lorraine, pictured above) first visited Virgin Gorda in 1970, they were greeted by a few goats at the airport. Little did they know that Virgin Gorda would become an intricate part of their lives and three generations of the family.
With the beautiful boulders and friendly residents, the Buckners evolved from regular vacationers to landowners and homeowners. In the process, Lorraine and John made many friends on the island and continue to feel closely bonded to the community.
Today, John Jr. and Allison, their children, are fortunate to be able to continue frequenting the island and maintaining the home as a rental villa.
